There is a long park of vehicles in the highway. Their business is situated in a strategic location near beaches beside the national highway. Indeed, location of a business matters. I will not compete this neigbor, I will only act if she and her husband migrate to Canada as what they confirmed. This may be a good business to operate someday. Indeed despite it's a small eatery, it requires big capital to pay for the cook, the servers, the cleaners and runner. Let alone the meat, veggies , fish ingredients or spices and others. They cost a fortune.
