You can raise prices without losing customers simply by offering much more than your competitor. You must increase your percieved value to a level where your customers feel foolish not patronizing you. Example: Beer may cost $2 and you want to raise the price to $4. What do you think you should do? The answer could be Ad a free sandwich of the customer’s choice or a salad. Maybe improve the environment (if it’s a bar or resturant) Have beautiful waitresses or waitors. Perhaps dancers or live entertainment. That’s an example of selling food. Let’s look at selling digital products. Maybe your selling your “Widget” for $2 and you want to increase the price to $4… You could include a volume of important ebooks regarding the use of that widget. Maybe include a special gurantee. Perhaps you can include a free detailed tutorial. If you want to raise prices, basically increase your value.
