Though we all try to think positively, but there are still times where some negative thoughts still come to our mind. What negative thoughts do you usually think of the most? For me it is usually little things like failing or disgracing myself.
 
My most common negative thoughts tend to be around self-doubt and perfectionism. I may worry that I'm not good enough or that I won't be able to live up to expectations. I may also have a tendency to focus on the negative aspects of a situation rather than the positive ones. To combat these negative thoughts, I try to focus on positive affirmations and self-compassion. I also try to recognize when I'm falling into negative thought patterns and challenge myself to think differently.
 
That I might go broke some day. So it scares me to double my hustle.
This is also the reason why i want to have extra sources of income or have more skills i can work with to make money.

One negative thought that keeps pestering me is the fear of losing strength and getting bed ridden and dying alone. Both I don't want.

Negative things that comes to my mind is me imagining falling into a deep water anytime I pass by one and also imagining falling from a top floor each time I look at the distance.
 
When I am idle, I frequently think of bad things, such as not having a job to finance my medical needs. It's difficult not to have a job, especially now that everything is so pricey. Also, I worry about my family. I am the only one who supports them financially as of the moment.
 
Negative thoughts often occur due to doubts about one's own abilities, such as whether I can jump 150cm high, or your doubts about doing something new. Negative thoughts also often arise when meeting new people, maybe we are suspicious or need to be more alert.
