Young leaders talk about change, but some older folks call them “too ambitious"is ambition a bad thing, or is it exactly what our communities need right now? Maybe we’ve accepted the same style of leadership for too long. What will it take for young people to rise confidence, resources, or simply courage? I believe leadership begins when you stop waiting for approval or am i wrong with my thinking and believes when it comes to leadership
