I came across a job posting on my go-to freelancing platform. The employer is in search of a scriptwriter for their YouTube channel. The task seems similar to speechwriting in many ways. Perhaps this opportunity would be a good fit for those who are good at writing. You can earn as much as $1000 per
YouTube script. Would you like to give it a try if given a chance?
 
Wow! That sounds like an impressive amount. It's too good to be true and so I am a bit hesitant to go for it. Such promising and good compensations mostly turn out to be a scam. If they really pay that well, the YouTube channel must be making a huge profit to pay that much to the script writer alone.
I enjoy writing. I have done script and dialogue writing during my student life when I was active in Theatres. It's been so long that I am out of touch of it
 
Yes, it is a good amount. There are freelancing platforms that hire YouTube scriptwriters. They are searching for YouTube scriptwriters to work on their health & wellness, food, and other channels. However, even if the jobs are offered on freelancing platforms like Upwork, you should exercise caution, especially if the employer who posted the job ad looks kind of sketchy.

I have not registered myself on any of the freelance working sites so far. I think that I can't do justice to it with my current job and other obligations. I am happy with the few paid to post forum sites that I have on hand. They help me connect to people, learn and share. And earn some bit while doing that.
I would like to join some good writing sites that pay well though.

Don't worry, there's always a next time. Maybe you could give it a shot if you have some free time. It could be a great part-time opportunity for you. If only I had some skills in scriptwriting, I would have loved to do it myself. Maybe I'll consider updating my skill set to learn it. For the time being, my focus is on social media management.
 
@freelancermaria . I am sure that social media management must be having a lots of demands. And you must be getting a lot of opportunities. Everyone and everything needs a good social media presence these days. Businesses are hiring social media managers and it's a work of great responsibility and creativity. I hope that you are enjoying it.

I am currently on the lookout for a social media management job. However, I am aware that the competition is intense these days, and most employers prefer candidates with prior experience. Despite the challenges, I am quite optimistic that I will eventually secure a job in this field.

I am not sure, though, my friend. It depends on your employer. Maybe they pay via crypto.
 
@freelancermaria . Thank you. I am looking for some good writing jobs that have upfront payment. I am not sure as how much of justice can I do to any online work right now as I have my hands full with offline work. For now, I struggle to manage my time between the few forum sites that I have. But yes, getting one good writing site would be great.
