Zambian authorities have arrested two men accused of attempting to use witchcraft against President Hakainde Hichilema. The suspects, identified as Jasten Mabulesse Candunde and Leonard Phiri, were detained in Lusaka in possession of various charms, including a live chameleon.
it is allege that the men were hired by Nelson Banda, the younger brother of independent MP Emmanuel “Jay Jay” Banda, to carry out the purported plot. Nelson, who is currently on the run, reportedly promised the suspects over 2 million Zambian kwacha (£58,000; $73,000) for their actions.

I thought they said the court cannot prove anything that has to do with witchcraft or magic, so how exactly do they plan on judging the case? Unless they where caught red handed.

They were caught in possession of various charms, including a live chameleon. Those are the exhibits to nail them

Total rubbish! It is only in Africa you can hear such baseless claims. If they don't have evidence like possession of arms, then the case can be valid in court of law.
