According to recent sources, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy claims that Russia's President Vladimir Putin is attempting to wrongly condemn Kyiv, Ukraine's capital, for the recent Moscow incident. The Russian president alleged, without proof, that Ukraine conspired with terrorists who killed 133 people. In addition, the four arrested people decided to make their way to Ukraine.
