Some businesses don't really care about staff changes. They can hire and fire employees at random. I believe that this approach of firing and hiring staff regularly like every 3 months would have a negative effect on the business.

What are some of the negative effects of incessant hiring and firing staff?
 
There would be no proper relationship between the staffs and the customers. Hence it might be hard to find a staff who truly understands the customers.

The business would dwindle very fast for it takes time to train employees every three months. Moreover fresh employees take sometime to adjust with the system of a business which is a waste of time and may sometimes cause loss to the business.
 
When customers perceive the business always changes staff, a person can easily impersonate to be a staff of the company and defraud customers.
true. When a company seems to be constantly changing employees, customers lose trust and this opens up opportunities for scammers to pretend to be real staff and easily deceive people. Such a situation causes huge losses and also damages the business's reputation for a very long time.
 
Check out businesses who've had staff stay for a long period of time, such staff grow and develope competence overtime. It is much better to have a handful of such staff than to have new ones without first-hand experience on how things are done there. The negative impact is that your business will experience slowness in growth as relationships will be lost.
