Donald Trump's administration will meet a lot of resistance if he leave his responsibility to seek non existing challenges, he will lose mass support. I forsee a lot litigation and counter litigation.

Transgenders are also skilled and well educated. It does not mean that because they are transgender, they cannot function normally. It's also unfair. That decision might create chaos.
