BPOs and Multi national in India are creating a lot of jobs no doubt but the office or company rules are framed in such a way that employees are exploited to the utmost extent. A company head once said " I want my work done and don't care if his father is dead". This is inhuman and just illegal and cannot be called office rules.

If the rules are more inclined to benefit big businessmen and exploit workers more, then it means that the government in your country has been dominated by oligarchs, where workers will increasingly lose their rights.
