With the rising of commodities this day, each one of us in this community may have strive hard to sustain financially. In my case,I have a job and business, yet, I need to secure my finances that it will not be harm with a sudden occurrence of financial needs like tax payments.Next month is the starting month to file income tax and other kinds of taxes. Space rents of my business' space must also be paid good for 5 months, that is the requirement stipulated in the contract, bills of all sorts, gasoline, and daily needs. Because of this, I tried to start adjusting my expenses starting from $5 a day lol. Well, I brought to work my home cook for my lunch and bread for snacks and I succeeded he he. After paying everything,I will be back to my normal spending or may maintain it. What d you think?

Yes i can definitely survive with this amount per day, unless some unexpected expenses comes up where i have to spend more than this.

It is also expected that there is a day that we have to add up our budget when a sudden need arises. I feel happy with what I am doing this time spending only $5 a day he he.

I think I can survive with $5 a day expense for a short while, but not long term. I can just eat breads or fast-food shop's noodles. But in the long time, I have to pay bills and other groceries. $5 day is not sufficient for a high cost living standard here.

I agree with you on that. We can spend $5 a day for some limited time because there are other expenses that require a lot of money but after paying the like gasoline, bills and personal needs we can shift back to the $5 daily expense.

In my view it depends on dollar with local currency conversion rate. My answer will be yes, I will not only survive with $5 a day but will live somewhat a little luxurious life. Here one dollar equal to 300 Rs, and we can purchase too many things with one dollar.

Yes, I can get by on just $5 a day, especially since I spend most of my time at home. In fact, there are days when I don't end up spending anything at all.
You are good at it. There are also days that I do not spend a single centavo when I am at home, especially during weekends. I can save much during holidays.
