Liquid Assets refer to various types of assets that are easily liquidated or turned into cash quickly, for example cash, savings in banks. checking accounts, Accounts on capital transactions, in addition, some assets can also be classified as liquid assets even though when liquidated they will be subject to fines and admin fees such as bank deposits. in addition, there are also types of liquid assets whose prices may decrease when cashed in such as stocks, crypto. While property and cars are not classified as liquid assets. Not only businesses or companies that must have sufficient liquid assets but also in our personal finances we also need liquid assets, so in your opinion, what are the benefits of liquid assets in personal finance?

Liquid assets are very good for to have alongside solid assets. They help us to cash out of we have significant yields short term before market downturn.

Liquid assets can help you pay for essential costs like medical bills, job loss etc. they can help you meet financial obligations, prepare for emergencies etc
When it is that emergency situation and you need your asset to come in handy, it is liquid asset that works.

My point exactly, life can be very unpredictable so you need liquid assets if you don't want to store cash so you can easily convert them to cash in case of emergency
