Sundargarh, Odisha is losing it's natural resources like coal and manganese due to mafia

The Sundargarh district in which my city is situated is losing its natural resources like coal and manganese by a mafia harboring in a small town Barbil close to my city. The district administration and police was sleeping until the media exposed the smuggling of coal and manganese. The administrative officers are not appointed to sit in their AC offices but do regular field visits to stop these smuggling of these minerals.
