The Lagos State Police Command , Nigeria has arrested a 14-year-old girl, for stabbing her employer,

The Lagos State Police Command has arrested a 14-year-old girl, Dorcas Adebisi, for allegedly stabbing her employer, Modupe Lawson, to death during an altercation at their residence in Oworonshoki area of the state.

Sources told security analyst, Zagazola Makama that the incident occurred at about 4:00 p.m. on April 9, 2025.

The case was reported to the Oworonshoki Police Division by the deceased’s brother, Abayomi Samuel Aina, around 5:00 p.m. the same day.

The sources said Police operatives who visited the scene at No. 13 Ayoola Street, Oworonshoki, found the victim lying in a pool of blood.

Photographs were taken and the body was evacuated to the Mainland General Hospital Morgue in Yaba for autopsy.

The suspect was arrested at the scene and is currently in custody.

The girl at age 14 may not resort to killing if the cause isn't extreme. She could defend herself as self defense. She must not be jailed but be sent to social services being a minor

It is likely that it is not rape because the deceased was a woman. Probably, the deceased was beating her and in unintentional stab her. This kind of thing use to happen so fast that it seems is like dream.

Yeah you got thr picture I think this is what actually happened. The young child might just have been very angry from the beatings

You might right, the girl might have been brutally abused by her employer. That's the effect if abused a house help. The girl felt assaulted so, that she resorted to murdering her employer.

I cannot blame the young girl. She won't kill her monster boss if she wasn't severely abused. There were already many killed by their house maids because of too much abuse.
