Jiomart may lose customers for its pressure on delivery boys

In my city the only store jiomart owned by Reliance company has made it mandatory for delivery boys to deliver orders within 10 to 30 minutes which is not possible at where I stay as the delivery boys have to cross the highway which is always busy.
The result is the delivery boys deliver wrong and damaged items in a hurry. Goods are not packed well in a hurry. If the delivery boys don't delivery within 10 to 30 mins they lose their commission. The customer may get dissatisfied soon and stop ordering from jiomart. I think jiomart heads sitting in Mumbai should think about that seriously. They can extend the delivery time to at least an hour.

I think they need to change this policy, before one of these delivery boys get into an accident simply because they are trying to meetup.

You are right and they will lose customers this way. I myself feel irritated to place order now as the delivery boys cancel the order or insist to get the OTP before delivery which is illegal.
