Some of the popular ones are AXS, MANA, SAND, etc. These tokens are linked to virtual real estate or game within the metaverse. I have some stakes in metaverse tokens as I believe the value will go very high in the future. However, the volatility and risk also lies in the metaverse tokens just like other tokens. I did it in 2021, in the decentraland token, but I stopped seeing a future for that type of metaverse and sold my positions in decentraland...

Not at the present.
Still very skittish on meme coins (the only exception to that being DOGE and even then any money invested in it would be strictly "throw away" money).
