Kentucky teacher accused of sexually abusing juvenile inmate, asking him to kill husband

The report said that a Kentucky State Police detectives are investigating allegations against an Adair County woman accused of soliciting a male juvenile to kill her husband. The investigation was launched after a routine search on March 27, 2025, at the Adair Juvenile Detention Center uncovered letters and explicit material in the possession of a male juvenile. The materials were reportedly sent by Elena Bardin, a 27-year-old teacher assigned to the facility. Detectives found evidence that Bardin solicited the juvenile to commit murder and subjected him to illegal sexual contact. She also allegedly provided him with sexually explicit images of herself. On April 2, 2025, Bardin was arrested by Kentucky State Police and is currently held at the Adair County Detention Center.

She faces the following charges, according to authorities: Murder (solicitation) First-degree sexual abuse and First offense distribution of obscene matter to a minor.

That suspect supposed to hire a juvenile inmate or prisoner. This suspect was also assigned there in juvenile detention. Thankful the young guy confirmed the actions of the suspect as shown on the evidences gathered by the police.
