Reviews from satisfied customers are important marketing tools for every business today. But it seems like customers rarely drop reviews on their own accord. How do you make customers drop reviews without it seeming as if the business owner or business is begging for it?

I think all you can do is to send a reminder to encourage the customer to write a review. Here, I have also encountered a retailer rewarding customers with reward points (which can be converted into cash when the points accumulated to a certain level) if they write a review or send feedback.

Is that not being manipulative? Why won't the customer write a positive review to earn the reward points?

I don't force my customers, once i make a design, their response is a review on it's own, then there are times i send a message to kindly drop a review, if they don't do it i move on.
