Some vegetables are cheaper than meat and all sea food especially shrimps and tuna fish. However, if you are not used to this lifestyle, you cannot sustain in a day without meat or fish. But have you tried it? I tried it and was able to sustain but when I'm at home but at work I cannot make it, I need meat and fish. There are also many ways to prepare the vegetables according to your preference. There are also superior vegetables that could sustain you while are work like celery, parsley, cauliflower, spinach, potatoes carrots and beans. What's your stand on this?

Some vegetables like celery, cauliflower, parsley, and potatoes are expensive. When I buy celery it's only a portion. Indeed, our body needs meat. We can add a little amount of meat to our vegetables.

I think you might be able to save money. For instance, one kilo of rice cost $1 in my place where as one kilo cauliflower is just 50 cents.
The price of cauliflower here is $ 3 a kilo. Only a very few people buy this. The cheapest vegetables in my place are moringa, local spinach, and string beans. Thee rest expensive.

At first your body may not be suitable to eat only vegetables, but I am very sure that your body can adopt it after some days eating only vegetables. Your weight might reduce drastically if you are overweight.

Indeed, I can save more if I eat most of the tme, vegetables. Sometimes, I add meat to vegetables. They taste good. There are also times when I only prepare a veggie salad if I am in a hurry and already hungry.

That's too expensive. Here you can get a kilo of cauliflower for 50-60 cents. The most expensive vegetable is shiitake mushroom and it cost around $3 per kilo

Yes, these veggies are indeed expensive in my place, so only a very few sellers sell them. A kilo of your cauliflower is cheap there. Mushrooms here are also very expensive.

As far as my experience is concerned, it's indeed true. We can save more if prioritize vegetables over meat. Well you can buy some kilos of meat to mix it if vegetables.
Eating more veggies can improve nutrition, assist with weight control and reduce the risk of chronic disease

First of all, cause my severe IBS, I can't consume whatever kind of beans (as my doctor said). And I must be careful with cauliflowers and cabbage due to GERD. In addition, I practice a fairly heavy sport (capoeira), so a vegetarian life doesn't suit me. In any way, most of vegetables in my country are as expensive as meat and fish.
