Starting an offline business requires more planning compared to online ventures. You will also need:

  1. Startup capital
  2. A clear business idea
  3. Relevant skills and team members
  4. Good location
An online business can go live in minutes and can be started with zero cost, but offline business takes months, from getting business license to leasing location and inventory planning. You must check local demand and competition, and marketing to offline customers can be challenging. Avoid crowded niches and focus on selling products and services that have tangible value.

Yes these are indeed the needed steps to have a successful offline business, but at the same time ensure you have a budget or method for advertising.

In my opinion, when you make a plan and launch an online business to be successful, the first thing you should do is to do market research, the products you offer, determine the right location, make a plan and focus more on customer experience.

That's right, That was the first thing I did before I started my business. I did series of research on the best franchising company. I also conducted a direct interview mall to mall to compare the rent payment of the space. I also tried to sit and observe a milk tea seller to find out the usual buyers. I noticed, most buyers are young and mature.
