Air crafts to and from India are developing technical issues. This is fishy

After the AIR India plane crash on the 12th of June many aircrafts to and from India are developing technical issues and have to make emergency landing or go back to the starting point. Doesn't this sound fishy? I think some people from other countries who are against India are trying to kill people to create panic so that people don't come or leave India. Our Indian government should do thorough investigation and take action. Blaming the pilot is ridiculous.

Yes if it has become a common reoccurrence, then it is definitely fishy. I hope they will be able to make proper investigation and find out what is going on though.

It's is being said by the pilot association that the aircrafts are not being maintained well.

That's just risky, and these people are endangering the lives of innocent people.
