How much traffic does a website need to start earning income? Whether it is through ads, affiliate programs, product sales or something else. Sharing experiences could really help others understand what to expect in the early stages of website monetization.

Every site is different, it all depends on your traffic and monetization tactics. You could make money in a week if you get the right amount of traffic to your site, but that'll also depend on the ad company.

Affiliate products generally are easier to make money from than ads.

Who pays a fixed amount per lead? Affiliate companies pay out a based commission, you’ll get a higher commission based upon the product that you’re pushing and promoting.

Some offer a 5% commission and others offer 20-50% it all depends on the company.
