There are some products around us that have seen their demand drop significantly because of inflation. A typical example is eggs. The demand for eggs has typically reduced because it's price has doubled. What product around you has seen a drop in demand because of high costs?

People are just buying the basics now. People no longer buy products that they don't need. Most fun and luxury products have lost demand significantly.

Over here in my area, the demand for eggs is still pretty high despite the price hike. They complain about it but still buy it.

I think for my country it could be the regularly consumed groceries. They are just increasing their prices daily

Basically the basic food products would have the same level of demand despite of the skyrocketing in the prices. Products that are not necessary like cigarettes, among other habitual goods can reduce in demand because the inflation

That's true. Some bars that used to boom before now are struggling to make sales. People are focusing on just feeding for now.

As a fashion designer, I can say that the rate at which people buy clothes has reduced from what it used to be years ago.
