Horror As Saudi Amusement Park Ride Breaks In Half

According to the report, at least 23 people were injured after a ride at an amusement park in Saudi Arabia malfunctioned and split in two. The incident occurred at Green Mountain Park in the Al Hada area of Taif on Thursday, 31 July 2025. A video of the incident has gone viral on social media, showing the central pole anchoring the thrill ride, known as ‘360 Degrees’, snapping into two parts.

Hope all is well. The contractors have to be kept accountable. It might be made in China. That was so scary. There might be damage to that park ride.

I saw the news yesterday and am shocked. Life is full of risks. Though, there is no report of casualties. The contractor must be held accountable. It is unthinkable that a thrill ride will split into two. It's the fault of the contractor.

Agree, it was the fault of the contractor, and the contractor is under investigation. Its company is ordered to pay the medical expenses of the victims. They also also banned from continuing operations in the area. The operator is penalized.
