I am so excited I weighed myself before getting in the shower and I am down to 189 I am 4 pounds away from my goal weight of 185 and that is what I weighed when I met my boyfriend 11 years ago.

I am so happy for you, i have been struggling to lose some weight, and i couldn't do it any more, i am trying to lose some belly fat and that thing will never go away, lol, i have tried everything but its hard.
I am proud of myself I have been working really hard to do it and it has been hard especially with the holidays. Belly fat is hard to lose I have some I want to lose and with my weight loss it is coming off also just slowly.
Yeah when there is holiday around we add more fat to our selves and all our hard work will disappear, and yeah belly fats are the worst,
