Can your smartphone effectively replace your laptop?

Some of us in this forum own smartphones and also own laptops. Imagine that your laptop just broke down. Can your smartphone effectively handle the scope of daily activities that you use laptop to do since it is also mobile?

My smartphone can replace my laptop only 40%. Not more than that. Too many tasks that I can't do with my PC.

My smartphone have displaced my laptop. I have virtually stop using laptop because my online work needs high level of flexibility and mobilty. With my phone, i can work on the go and it doesn't need extra energy to empower like my laptop.

I actually make use of my smartphone for most of my online activities, these days you can even use your smartphone for graphic designing. While the smartphone has replaced the laptop in most areas, I don't think it is possible for it to completely replace the use of smartphones.

It depends on the particular application. My smartphone can just handle basics of my music production works.

My smartphone is sufficient for most of my online tasks. Since I don’t do much graphic design or video editing, my smartphone meets my needs most of the time. There are times when I choose not to use my laptop because I prefer the convenience of my smartphone. Hehe

The smartphone can't replace a laptop for everything. Sometimes we do need a bigger screen and need to open pages at a time.

My smartphone does most of my online tasks efficiently. I don't really have the need of a laptop now.

Unfortunately not. Impossible for me to write texts (especially medium-length to long and very long texts) using a phone. The screen is too small and also the keyboard is too small. And my hyperopia doesn't help at all...

I don't use laptop but smartphone. I like doing everything by smart phone because it's easy to use for browsing Internet

I know that graphic designers would always prefer to use a laptop over smartphones to create designs. Same with professional photography editors.
