One of the challenges that online businesses and e commerce stores face is high costs of transportation to deliver an order.

Is the way to incorporate the transport costs to the price of the products without making the price of the product alarming?

In my experience as a consumer, whenever I purchase goods online, whether from an online store or marketplace, only the product's selling price is listed. The transportation or shipping costs appear after I press the "order" button. These shipping costs vary and are added to the bill I pay. For example, buying goods from China, local products, and even the protection costs for fragile electronics are different.

The challenge of shipping costs is real for online businesses, but there are ways to deal with it without scaring customers away. One is to carefully incorporate a portion of these costs into the price of the product, without overcharging.

Another approach is to offer discounts or free shipping for purchases of a certain amount. This adds value to the customer and encourages more sales, thus offsetting the overall cost.

Also, partnering with shipping companies or using local distribution channels can reduce costs. With the right creativity and strategies, a business can thrive without impacting customers.
