Indian government declares to lower GST but has already increased the price of gold and silver

The Prime Minister in his Independence day speech declared that he is giving the gift of lowering the GST to the Indians but before it's implemented the government has already increased the price of gold and silver. The month of November is auspicious for marriages among the Indians but this increase is disheartening for the common man as he will not be able to buy gold and silver for his daughter's marriage.

That's true. A medium class person cannot afford to buy gold now. Luckily , I bought it in the form of bread in the past.
