The death penalty justice or injustice

When someone kills someone except in defense of him/herself, the person must be given a death penalty so that person may understand the importance of life 😀
I agree with you for someone to afraid of capital punishment it should be the government start to educate them so they can know the effects of their decisions
 
At the end of the day people often believe fear is not true peace, i believe true peace comes when the people actually want it not cause they are scared. This way it can be sustainable.
 
True, some people believe that harsh punishments like public hangings can reduce crime. They point to Asian countries with low crime rates as evidence of the effectiveness of the method.

But the fundamental question is whether fear can be the basis for lasting peace. Fear breeds silence, not understanding. A truly peaceful society is built on justice, education, and equal opportunities for all, not on intimidation.
