One of the hardest thing in life is to stop hating people

To stop hating is very difficult to achieve. In fact, it is most difficult thing to do in life. A man who have been able to kill his hatred have freed himself from psychological prison imposed on oneself. Hatred is evil and it consummate the hater than the hate.
What's your opinion on this?

Yes to stop hating or being jealous of others can be pretty hard to do, but once we are able to do this, we are freeing ourselves from the self prison we have put ourselves.

That is right which is why many commit crimes to satisfy their hatred to someone who might have offended him. If the cause of the hate is extreme then that feeling won't subside unless fulfil a revenge.

I think it's unfair to those who have been hurt by others to swallow the poison because of the cause of another,then those who are offenders are scott free

I get your point, and to be honest it's not easy, especially when you have been seriously hurt by them but the thing is hating them won't change a thing, rather it keeps you trap at the end of the day.
