Man charged with murder after woman's body found in Northern Kentucky home

According to the Kentucky State Police (KSP), they charged David O'Hara with murder following the discovery of Donna Gibson's body on Old 3L Highway.

The report also stated that the Pendleton County Sheriff's Office initially sought the assistance of the KSP on August 3, after O'Hara reportedly informed another resident about Gibson's death. A deputy confirmed the discovery of her body inside a home on the highway.

In addition to the report, O'Hara was arrested the same night on unrelated warrants and taken to the Grant County Detention Center. As the investigation progressed, he was indicted in Pendleton County on charges of murder, tampering with evidence, and being a persistent felony offender in the second degree.

The new charges were served to him at the detention center on August 20.
