There are only a very few negative people surrounding me. I choose who to befriend with. And at my workplace no one has a negative mindset.

You are lucky enough. I am surrounded by lot of negative people in my residential area. So I have to be careful. My home is my happiness.

OMG, that is crucial if having neighbors whose mindsets are negative. It is hard to deal with them. As much as possible, ignore them and if there's something they want from you ,just ride on with them. Negative people are mean and ruthless.

These negative neighbours and some people in my residential area are always at their butts to extract money from me and I know how to handle that now.

Don't entertain neigbors like them. I never talk to my neighbors. I don't care. I only see them once in a blue moon. I leave home for work at 6 in the morning and arrive home at 6 in the evening.

I stay at home and therefore have to bear coming face to face to them sometimes. I too don't talk to them unless they do.

That's the best thing to do despite we need a good connection with our neigbors. Some neigbors are toxic and having fowl mouths that spread rumors not based on facts which some idiot neighbors believe.

It's a crucial thing having a neigbor like them. I might be scared. Anyway as long as you don't entertain them, then they can harm or slander you without facts.
