I really get it sometimes someone wants to help but the financial situation is tight and you can't give more than your best ability. You do the little you can and you know you still showed the heart to help. Life is a balance. There's no need to force yourself to the point where you continue to suffer. Helping is cool but you have to know your limits and set your priorities straight. That's the way to survive without too much stress.
