Comparing snapchat with whatsapp

Personally, I think Snapchat has a different approach that can be very appealing depending on what you're looking for in a messaging app. While WhatsApp has established itself for its ease of sending messages and calls, Snapchat focuses on the visual experience and the temporary privacy of content. One advantage of Snapchat is that the photos and videos you share disappear after a while, which can give a greater sense of privacy and freedom to express yourself without worrying too much about them being permanently stored. Furthermore, the filters, lenses, and stories make interaction more fun and creative. However, for those who prefer more constant and formal communication, WhatsApp remains more practical. Ultimately, Snapchat might be better if you're looking for something more casual and fun, while WhatsApp remains the more reliable option for daily communication.

I rarely use Snapchat unless i need a particular filter to snap or video, and this is also pretty rare as well. For chatting on the other hand, i mostly make use of Whatsapp.

I find that some people are using snapchat, though whatsapp is more popular here. Does any member of this forum use snapchat, and what are the advantages of using snapchat compared to whatsapp and other apps?
Snapchat has a completely different vibe compared to WhatsApp. Here people love snaps that disappear quickly and filters that are very catchy. It is said that laughing with a friend relieves stress. WhatsApp is popular for chats and groups but Snapchat carries more fun and creativity. If you are a person of stories and streaks, Snapchat is for you. WhatsApp remains practical but Snapchat is like a playground for social life.
