Is there an amount of money that if someone should owe you, and you won't be able to ask the person about it?

There are some amount of money that if someone owes you such amount, you won't be able to ask the person about it. You might even feel embarrassed asking someone about that kind of debts. Is there an amount of money that is so small that you can ask someone about it if they owe you that amount?

There are certain amount of money that if someone gave me, I wouldn't appreciate as much as I should, those are the kind of amount I could easily lend someone and not bother getting it back. I do tip people sometimes. I pay transport fare to people and also ask vendors to keep my change for themselves. I get favours more often than I favour others.

Some people don't know that when you return even very small amounts of money, you are building trust. I don't generally know how to ask people for debts.
