The normal age to prepare for retirement can varies by individual circumstance and the country. In most country the typical age to retire from work is around 65, when individual become eligible for full social security or pension benefits.
However, some people choose to retire earlier from work at 50s or 60s, while others work beyond 65. In what ever age you choose to retire from work the key is to start preparing for it for your financial security.

You might be right, because if someone is being retired from work at early age, he won't be that depending on the pension but would be able to engage in other things to continue his living
the sooner the better when you retire the pension is low and can meet the most needed things like food or water you need to save to end your life on a good note

We should start planning for our retirement the moment we start working. The reason is, that anything can happen. You might lose your job today, tomorrow, or the day after tomorrow.
That's a point, no one knows tomorrow, anything can happen since you are not the owner of the company or business you are working in, so it's better to start when you are still receiving your income.

Yes, the owner of the company can fire you or they can shut down. So, it is best to start early.

In India the condition of youngsters is pathetic. They won't be getting any pension even after paying taxes after retirement for the government or a private company. So these youngsters have to work as long as they live.

I think that from 20 to 30 years old you can still live a full life and not save money for retirement, but after 30 you should start doing it because then it can be more difficult
Immediately when you turn 50 you should now start planning for retirement and also it can help you be consistent enough

When you're working, there is automatic deduction intended for the pension program of the employee. So when you start working in an office or company at an early age most likely, your pension will be accumulated by time.

Being in your sixties doesn't necessarily mean people should retire instead of retirement i think Governments should create programs for older people who are still willing to work to be productive & still earn money.
