Most of the times i am calm and silent.
Yes calmness is always needed and you go through life challenges with calmness.
You are right, if we are not calm and if we get mad and angry with everything then we can't live with peoples, the world is full of challenges and many bad things, and the only way to pass those challenges is through being calm and being wise.

I am shy and quiet most of the time. I dislike talking to people. LOL. But sometimes I can be argumentative, especially when someone disrespects me.
I'm not a talkative but not a quiet person too. Maybe I'm in between and I just love it that way.
I'm an introverted and quite person. I talk and make a lot of noise when I'm with my homies tho
I think that it is difficult for me to evaluate myself because I know myself from different sides and the general word cannot be one. I would describe the bad side as aggressive and the good side as responsible

I think I would go with unpredictable, to be honest most times I even tend to surprise myself on how I react to certain things.
