Do you double count money before making cash payments?

As of me l always find myself double counting the money before l make some payments or doing so before l hand over some cash balances to the customers after making some purchases on my business. What do you think?

Yes I do this all the time I try to be sure of the amount I'm.psying out so that I don't get my self cheated

Though i don't do this all the time, but there are times where i always recount the money before i pay.

I don't make any payment without counting the money again right in front of the person that I want to pay. Just for confirmation.

I do not make cash transactions daily and the amount is usually small, so I do not have to check or recount the amount I pay.

If it is a cash amount that is bulky, there is always need to count again to be sure one note is not missing. That assurance is necessary.

I always count the money carefully before paying and now most payments are online so I don't make a mistake.

Know the amount and do second party recounts and confirms. That the money is still complete

That depends on the amount. If the amount is small, I don't do this. Otherwise, I always double check before making payment in cash.

If my purchases are very few, and pay like one thousand pesos for example, there's no need for me to double count my money.
