When Sleeping, Lights On or Off?

I can't sleep without turning my lamp on, especially since I live alone most of the time. I need light somehow so I won't get scared. LOL. Plus, I need to see what my fur babies are doing. How about you?

When there is no light i an fall a sleep pretty quicks.

I live alone in the house so I always leave the light on but for me normal light is very bright so I use a night light
