What do you do as a business if your small sachet products sells five times faster than the big packs?

Imagine that you have products presented in big packs and also in small sachets. And the small sachets seems to see at a pace that is five times than the bigger packs, what would you do as a the business owner?

Is it safe to dump the bigger packs and produce only small packs?

I would do 80% of my production concentrated on the small sachets. I would only do 20% of products I send to the market in the bigger packs.

It simply means that many people that love the product can't afford the big pack. You can produce little of the big packs and more of the smaller sachets.

In my business, it happened that most of my customers prefer buying the one in a smaller container. I quickly introduced a medium sized container that made wave over time. You don't abandon one for the other, you focus more on the one that is high on demand and reduce a little on the one that is low on demand.
