Have you ever experienced large file downloads fail very close to the finishing point?

I really don't know anything that can be more frustrating than a large file download failing midway. Imagine trying to download a file of 14GB and it fails very close to the download completion. Maybe it failed around 85%. How does such a situation feel to you?

That’s pure pain. You already mentally spent the file, then it just disappears at the finish line. It’s not even the time lost, it’s the false hope right before it fails. Way more frustrating than if it died early.

This is definitely one of the most annoying things to experience. I have experienced this several times. I remember downloading a file of 2GB or for it to restart at around 98% of downloading.
