The attack happened around 12am on February 19, 2026, barely 48 hours after the Zamfara State Government unveiled new security equipment and drones aimed at tackling rising insecurity across the state.According to locals, the assailants stormed the community on motorcycles, sealed off the main entrance, and began shooting indiscriminately.
