None, I always want to say the three at the appropriate time unless it is not necessary but if any of them is demanded of me I would say it.
Good, there are many peoples who don't like to say all of those words.

When I am wrong, I say sorry to the person that I hurt. The second one (I need help) is quite hard for me to say because I do not want to disturb other people.
True, sometimes it is very hard to ask for help, because everyone have their own problem and all we need to do is fight our battle for our self.
It is very easy for me to apologize when I was definitely wrong, but it is very difficult to ask for help and say I love you. I'm working on it, but it's not as easy as it seems

I think for most, they find it hard to ask for help. I have come across so many persons who can never ask for help. They would rather keep things to themselves than ask for help.
I need help unless I have full confidence in the person. I now have this confidence in my elder son.
