Do you agree with the saying that "Pain makes people more strong"?

I believe that pain makes individuals stronger. When people face adversity, it contributes to their growth. It can aid in the development of resilience and problem-solving skills. It can also increase empathy.
You are right, pain changes a person in both positive way and negative way, and it will give the strength to handle other unpleasant things.

I would say yes, the first time you experienced heart break, it was hurtful and you would feel like doing irrational things but if it happens incessantly, your body would kinda adapt.
Exactly, the first time is so hard and we do some things to forget it, but when it happens more than once we don't feel the same with the first one.

Anything that you have felt pain with at the first time makes your body and your mind to develop immunity against it. Any kind of pain at all, be it emotional or physical makes you to have a more balanced approach for next time.
