Do You Feel Like You Do Not Have Enough Energy At Times?

Indeed. Sadly, I experience it most of the time. Perhaps as a result of my health issues, the things I've been through recently, and other factors. I lack the energy to carry out worthwhile tasks that would enable me to meet my financial objectives. But I have to continue since my parents are counting on me. Do you occasionally feel as though you don't have enough energy?

yeah even if I do not do anything that needs a lot of energy I still want to sleep I do not like to sleep when it is daytime because I feel like I'm wasting time

Yes, sometimes, I just want to sleep day but I can’t do that. LOL.

Yes I usually feel like this a lot of times, I think it is also mostly due to the fact that I am not having enough rest myself. When we do not rest well, we tend to feel fatigued.

Yes it does and then I take a break. I am not young as before and I don't force my self anymore. I open movie and beer and I rest entire night or just go sleep.

Yes it does sometime happen to me but I always try to maybe eat and rest to get back the energy.

I have this feeling most often in winter, because I don't have enough sunlight and vitamin D, so I often feel tired
