A few people have encountered ghosting. It refers to getting dumped by someone who ended a relationship or line of communication without giving a reason. People who are in a relationship frequently experience this, and I know of a few acquaintances who had it last year. Suddenly, the men they were dating did not give them calls or texts all of a sudden. It can give pain to a person, without a doubt. Have you ever been ghosted? or did you ghost someone before?
 
No, I have never experienced it. I have experienced only one relationship in my life and it's now twenty three years of marriage with the same person. So, I am fortunate that way.
Recently I have seen this term being used on various shows involving youths. It's rude. Even if one decides to end a relationship, one has to do it with a proper closure.
 
Such a mishap is extremely common in my former country, as since their teens, average youngsters are eager to get involved in a relationship. And surely it happens very frequently in my current country too, where most teenagers seek relationships, not waiting a proper age nor finishing High School.

I don’t get it why some people can do such a thing when they can just be honest with the person. It is rude, indeed.
 
I have been ghosted by a gurugram, haryana mba , bengaluru brahmin cheater housewife who I paid for writing work since 2012, yet they are getting monthly government salaries for faking ownership of my domains, bank account for the last 11 years indicating widespread corruption in intelligence agencies.
 
In my case it was with a friend, we where not really into any kind of relationship, I don't know if this also classifys as ghosting. I did not have access to the Internet for weeks, when I finally came online her number was no longer going and there was no way I could reach her again since then till date.

These all sound like Indian scams. Sorry about you falling prey to them. Unfortunately, these scammers are everywhere and it becomes really tricky to avoid them there. And it's tricky to even make out that they are scammers by their online presence.
 
These cheaters are considered extremely high status respectable by the intelligence, security agencies while their victims, hardworking citizens who are cheated, exploited are criminally defamed by government agencies as being a security threat.

I haven't ever been ghosted but I think we should be careful before getting into a relationship.

Yes, we need to know those that we have gotten into relationship with. They need to know that some stuff isn't acceptable by you.
 
I used to give feed to pigeon on my roof. And this was my usual practice that I used to take it in hand and started throwing their. One night while taking dinner with my family I felt something heavy in my front pocket when I insert my hand in pocket there remain the pigeon feed.

Oh! That sounds terrible. I am not sure about this. I am not aware of these scams. Seems like that I am not updated with the recent happenings in online scal world. It seems that it would be tough to fight against them. That's unfortunate.

That's right. In a relationship likes and dislikes have to be taken into consideration.
 
I experienced being ghosted by my ex boyfriend. He's a jealous type. He always thought that I was cheating on him when saw me talking to a guy or saw me escorted by a guy. I was maliciously condemned. He forgot that I have many friends. He also felt jealous of my brother. One time he kicked someone and that someone was a police my admirer. One month after that incident, I learned my boyfriend was to be wed with his best friend and at that time we're still on a relationship. I felt ghosted but thankful he's out of my life.

It's me who rejected my love interest. I'm a choosy type. I don't easily fall in love if I don't like the guy. If I like the guy it's me to declare my feelings, lol m

I'm sorry to hear that your ex-boyfriend wasn't the best guy. It sounds like he was acting jealous and possessive towards you, but in reality, he had feelings for someone else.

That is right, and I just learned recently that my ex-bf was taking an illegal drug which is why he acted so weird. He was a super jealous type.
