For me l would make a cashout as soon as l reach the minimum payment threshold for a new earning website. Alternatively l can accumulate my online earnings and withdraw above the minimum threshold for websites that l have received more than two payment proofs.

I am not in a hurry to cash out from a site if it's a trusted one. I let my money sit and grow to a decent amount before I request the cashout. This saves me on PayPal fees and I feel good to see a good amount. But if there are red flags about the site, I would request for payout at the earliest.
