It totally depends on what you do with it. There are does who with the help of social media, they have been smarter and even been able to make money with it, while there are others who simply alienate themselves even without them knowing.

It depends on how you utilize social media. Some people use social media to pass the time or engage in inappropriate behavior. Others utilize social media to learn, earn money, and improve their lives.
very right. If you use social media in the right way, it will not just make you productive; it will also have a positive impact on your mental health too.
This is a negative point on social media in my opinion, there is no way to distinguish which information is correct or not, there is a lot of conflicting information but there is a lot of good information too.

True that's one major problem with social media, not to mention the fact that we have a lot of fake accounts out there, pretending to be people they are not. This is why we have to be careful with who we talk to and the information we come across.
Social networks can rarely help because they are mostly configured so that you receive only useless information because there is simply more of it. You can look for products that are useful to you, and then social media will bring benefits

It totally depends on individual perception and usage. Social media can make some people to be alienated from others especially introverts. Like me, am introvert and love to alone. I can work and play online through the day without getting bored.
For me it depends on how you conduct yourself on the social media sites. This entails on what you like to consume or who do you follow or what do you do with the social networks at large.
That's right the truth is that everything offers both good and bad but it is always good to find out how to make the best of it.
