I know some of us here are running small businesses. And one thing about small businesses is that they are not always registered with the government. Owners of small businesses always see it as waste of time to register their businesses with the government.

Is your business registered with the government? Are you planning to register your business with the government?

I had made sure that I registered my business with the government because I was applying for an endorsement from the Food and Drugs Administrator of my country. It is necessary because we have big vision for the business.

My business have not been registered officially. The process of registering business is tedious and time consuming in my country. Apart from this, it is priced in such a way that a poor man must break bank to get registered.
Are you talking about registering a company or just a business name? I don't think it is that difficult because I meet people who register their business names easily everyday.

When I have a business I will get it registered with the government of my country. I don't want someone dragging my business name with Me someday
That's one vital factor. When you don't register your business, and someone else registers with such a name, you might lose your brand.
