Earlier it was the woman who stayed at home and did all household chores and even tolerated all abuses by the male members of the family. With women education and empowerment on the rise women have stopped tolerating off handed behavior in the family. Some women avoid having children so as not to leave their jobs. This is affecting the population of some countries. The number of youngsters are reducing. When there is healthy distribution of home responsibilities the attitude towards relationship will change.

These facilities are very rare. I have suffered and had to leave a good job as I did not get a reliable house help. Work from home is not that prevalent in India.
